How To Join

Fill in a Probation Shooter Application Form 
1. Visit the club on a Monday evening from 7pm (excluding bank holidays). One of our shooting instructor team will give you a tour of the shooting facilities. 
 
2. Ask for a Probation Shooter application form from the bar or download a form from the website. This form will need to be countersigned by members of the shooting instructor team on a Monday evening before it can be handed in. Junior applications will have to be countersigned by a parent or guardian. 
 
3. Pay your initial proabtion and admin fee at the bar, you will be given a receipt and a copy of your receipt will be attached to your application. 
 
4. Your application will be heard by the club committee who usually meet once a month on the 2nd Wednesday. 
 
5. If successful the Membership Secretary will inform you and you will be able to attend the club to collect your welcome pack from the bar, you can then join the coaching sessions on Mondays from 7pm. 
 
6. Simultaneously your application will be assessed by North Yorkshire Police who will inform the club of any reason you are unable to join the club. 
 
7. After 3 months you and the club will have had a chance to decide if shooting is for you and should you wish to continue the remaining annual fee is payable at the bar. 
 
8. After 6 months as a new shooter attending Monday evening coaching sessions you will hopefully have completed training in all areas of the disciplines offered at the club and you can progress to a full shooting member and the club may be able to assist you in obtaining a firearms license should you wish to progress to buying your own equipment. 
QUOITS / BOWLS / POOL & DARTS / SOCIAL 
Please fill in a Social/Sporting Membership Form 
 
1. Visit the club on an evening 7 days a week from 7pm (excluding bank holidays). 
 
2. Ask for a QUOITS / BOWLS / POOL & DARTS / SOCIAL application form or download one from the website. 
 
3. Pay your application fee at the bar, you will be given a receipt and a copy of your receipt will be attached to your application. 
 
4. Your application will be heard by the club committee who usually meet once a month on the 2nd Wednesday. 
 
5. If successful the Membership Secretary will inform you and you will be able to attend the club to collect your welcome pack from the bar.
